Munich International Summer School - Visit in Salzburg
In the framework of our project “Next Europe” we had the pleasure to welcome around 80 students from China. Within the European Studies Program offered by the Munich International Summer School and taking place under the patronage of the Center for Applied Policy Research, those students enjoyed a three-week course about the history and functioning of the European Union. On 23 August, the students - coming from seven different Chinese Universities - made a day trip to Salzburg. After an introduction to the work of the Academy and the project “Next Europe” by President of EASA Felix Unger, the students presented the topics and results they had been working on for the last three weeks.
We would like to thank the students as well as the Center for Applied Policy Research, who initiated this idea, for getting an insight into European issues from a Chinese perspective.
